Ferry Building Gallery This beautifully restored heritage building has over 1000 visitors each week and is the center of the Ambleside Landing area, with its neighbouring pier, beach and sidewalk attractions. The gallery showcases the artwork of both emerging and established artists, who are past or present North Shore residents. The Silk Purse was built over 50 years ago as a honeymoon cottage for newlyweds and has housed a collection of Canadian memorabilia over the years. On the waterfront near John Lawson Park, it's home to the West Vancouver Community Arts Council and hosts exhibitions on a regular basis.
